Before you send files:
 
Email
  • MAC files must be stuffed or the files will be unusable.
  • WIN files must include the proper file extension and be zipped.
Files larger than 5 meg should be sent using FTP. See FTP instructions below .

Please include your name, your company name, your Tuckers Printers representatives name and instructions with your email.

FTP
  • You must have a user name and password.
    (To request a user name and password click here.)
  • MAC files must be stuffed or the files will be unusable.
  • WIN files must include the proper file extension and be zipped.

If you need a password or forgot your user name/password click here.

Using FTP software such as Fetch 3.0.3 for MACs or WS_FTP for Windows is the best way to upload to an FTP site. If you have problems FTPing files through your browser use FTP client software.

Using Fetch
Use the following settings:
  1. Open your internet connection and launch Fetch
  2. Host: ftp://ftp.tuckerprinters.com or 208.48.17.251
  3. User ID: enter user name supplied by Tucker Printers
  4. Password: enter password supplied by Tucker Printers
  5. Directory: (Leave Blank)
  6. Use the "Put" button or the "Put Folders and Files" menu item to find items on your hard drive to upload to the FTP site.
Please always stuff files before sending.

Using WS_FTP
Use the following settings:
  1. Open your internet connection and launch WS_FTP
  2. Click the "NEW" button and enter Tucker Printers and click "Next"
  3. For Host Name: ftp://ftp.tuckerprinters.com or 208.48.17.251
  4. For User ID: enter user name supplied by Tucker Printers
  5. For Password: enter password supplied by Tucker Printers then click "Finish"
  6. Double click "Tucker Printers" to connect
Please always ZIP files before sending.

What is FTP?
The process by which files are transferred to the web server is called "FTP" (File Transport Protocol). Files over 5 megabites are to large to be sent by email and are best sent by FTP. Registered users have access to Tucker Printers FTP site 24-hours a day.
